Speakers: While you’re on the Jitsi, please record your talks locally (better quality results from this than what transmits across the Web) and submit afterwards for inclusion in the Proceedings.

If you’re joining us in-person for the Icewater Swim, dress very very warm, e.g. dress as if it were 30 or 40 degrees below zero so that you pre-heat and post-heat. A thermos of warm water helps to warm hands and feet after the swim. If you have a Polar OH-1 heart monitor, bring it and you’ll be able to see your ECG in the virtual environment in the SmartSwim glass.
